About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Bay Creek Midwifery. As a key member of our Family Medicine department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our operations.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Care & Service: Promote and restore patients' health by completing the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, and providing physical, educational, and emotional support to patients, friends, and families.
  • Medication Administration & Reporting: Administer medication and give/receive relevant reports, both written and verbal, from/to appropriate staff as per departmental protocols.
  • Documentation: Ensure concise, pertinent, and complete documentation using computerized medical record processes.
  • Preparation: Ensure clinical areas are properly supplied and exam rooms are available and stocked.
Requirements
  • LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
  • BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (AHA)
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $29.75, with a minimum salary of $23.75 and a maximum salary of $29.75. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including health and wellness programs, tuition assistance, and employee assistance programs.
