- Manage restaurant operations, including inventory management, labor scheduling, and cash handling
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and maximize profitability
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies to attract new customers and drive sales growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute national marketing campaigns
- Financial Management:
- Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

Requirements:
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a leadership role
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving profitability
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Working Conditions:
