Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Delivery Manager to join our team at WMC Health. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive care delivery models that meet the unique needs of our patients and community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care models, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Design and implement quality improvement initiatives, focusing on areas such as readmission rates, patient satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Develop and manage budgets, allocating resources to support care delivery and quality improvement efforts.
  • Foster strong relationships with community partners, physicians, and other stakeholders to promote collaboration and alignment.
  • Maintain accreditation and regulatory compliance, ensuring that our organization meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Current RN licensure in New York State and BLS certification.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a leadership role, with a focus on care delivery and quality improvement.
  • Proven track record of success in driving change and innovation, with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes.
