CBIZ is seeking a skilled Retirement Plan Sales Consultant to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This individual will be responsible for driving new business growth by selling group retirement plan solutions, including 401(k), 403(b), Defined Benefit (DB) plans, endowments, foundations, and non-qualified plans to businesses, non-profits, and institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets through proactive strategies to acquire new retirement plan clients.
- Proactively identifying and engaging prospective clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Negotiating and closing new business opportunities while adhering to compliance requirements and fiduciary standards.
Qualifications:
- A proven track record in retirement plan sales with strong industry relationships.
- Expertise in consultative selling to plan sponsors, fiduciaries, and institutional clients.
- FINRA Series 65 license required.
- 5+ years of experience in retirement plan sales or related field.
- Strong knowledge of ERISA, fiduciary standards, and regulatory compliance.
