Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents and colleagues
- Assist in the management of property operations, including bookkeeping, leasing, and training
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and improve resident satisfaction
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve company goals and objectives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as an on-site assistant manager of 200 units or more
- Strong knowledge of property management accounting procedures and Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- College degree required
