Travel Nurse Across America is seeking an ER Registered Nurse to fill a temporary nursing position. In this role, you will be working in an emergency department setting, where you will evaluate, triage, and implement care for patients. Your responsibilities will include providing basic bedside care, cleaning and bandaging wounds, administering IV therapy, maintaining supplies and equipment, and reporting suspected abuse. You will be working with a diverse team of caregivers to deliver high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
This position requires BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications. Two years of recent acute care experience are preferred. The ideal candidate will have good stress coping skills, be able to relate to people of all ages and backgrounds, and be able to stand and walk for long periods. They should also be able to lift up to 20 pounds easily and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds when moving or lifting patients.
