Role & Responsibilities:

  • Guide groups of up to 24 children through structured learning activities
  • Instruct and supervise the use of educational materials and tools

  • Support and track the progress of individual learners, adapting teaching methods as necessary
  • Prepare thoroughly for each session by reviewing curriculum and participating in training
  • Address parent inquiries regarding educational programs
  • Encourage future enrollment in Snapology offerings
  • Engage in ongoing training and staff meetings as required

Qualifications:

  • Current Criminal and Child Clearances
  • Minimum of one year of experience working with children in educational or recreational settings
  • Preferred background in education or relevant teaching experience; candidates pursuing education degrees are also encouraged to apply
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster effective working relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
