We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their goals and regain independence.

Job Summary:

The Occupational Therapist will work under the supervision of the Occupational Therapy Supervisor and Director of Rehabilitation Services. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assess patients, plan and administer care plans, and educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, progress, and prognosis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide occupational therapy interventions to patients, including assessment, care, planning, and education
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in the orientation of new employees and volunteers
  • Assist in the efficient and effective return of patients to their highest degree of independence possible
Requirements:
  • BLS AHA certification and California Occupational Therapy license
  • OT therapist education and experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
