Salary:
$100,000 - $155,000 per year
Position Overview:
We are in search of a highly capable Project Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in civil contracting, road construction, asphalt, and concrete projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality completion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all project phases, including planning, design, execution, and finalization.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
3. Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
4. Identify project risks and formulate contingency strategies.
5. Maintain open communication with stakeholders to address their needs throughout the project.
6. Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments.
7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
8. Prepare and present project reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil contracting, underground utilities, road construction, asphalt, and concrete work.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership abilities to motivate and guide team members.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and guidelines.
