We are on the lookout for a skilled Bilingual-Spanish/English Coffee Equipment Maintenance Specialist. This role encompasses a variety of tasks including the delivery of products and the upkeep and repair of coffee-related equipment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse.
  • Efficiently load and unload merchandise.
  • Operate forklifts and other manual loading equipment.
  • Drive company vehicles for product deliveries.
  • Manage the dispatch and receipt of orders.
  • Conduct repairs and preparations on coffee equipment.
  • Organize inventory and supplies.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse tools and equipment.
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
  • Engage with clients and colleagues in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and maintain necessary documentation.
  • Plan and adjust daily schedules as required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficient in using a multi-meter.
  • Willingness to maintain cleanliness in the workspace.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and manual loaders.
  • Capability to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Strong multitasking skills.
  • Manage inventory of parts and supplies effectively.
  • Maintain a tidy work environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Punctual and professional demeanor.
  • Successful completion of drug testing and background checks is required.
  • Basic computer skills are a plus.
  • Fundamental understanding of plumbing and electrical systems is advantageous.
