Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Administrative Assistant in Coopersville, Michigan. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide high-level support to our General Manager and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and prioritize the General Manager's schedule, ensuring timely and efficient management of appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
  • Manage credit card orders and receipts, guaranteeing accurate tracking and submission of expenses on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting announcements, ensuring all relevant parties are informed and prepared.
  • Organize employee appreciation events, including ordering supplies and coordinating logistics.
  • Track training schedules and data, ensuring compliance and timely updates for all employees.
  • Maintain and manage office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are stocked and readily available.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues, clients, and visitors.
  • Ability to speak and understand English fluently.
