The estimated annual salary for this position is $50,000-$60,000, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

Patient Care and Handling
  • Deliver excellent patient care, including food and water provision as directed by veterinarians.
  • Collaborate with veterinary technicians to complete daily tasks, demonstrating correct animal handling and restraint techniques.

Cleaning and Sanitation:

  • Maintain clean and hygienic environments for patients and staff, adhering to strict sanitation standards.
  • Ensure timely cleaning and restocking of patient care areas and food storage facilities.

Transportation and Logistics:

  • Provide efficient transportation services for patients between departments within the hospital.
  • Support smooth patient transitions through check-in, treatment, and discharge processes.

Schedule and Availability:

This role involves working a dynamic schedule, including evenings and weekends. The schedule may include university holidays and special events.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
