Job Overview:
As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our guests. Your role will encompass various tasks aimed at ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Address guest concerns promptly to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Oversee the check-in and check-out processes in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Follow established payment and credit protocols.
  • Prepare and share reports as needed.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to resolve any room status issues.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
Essential Duties:
Deliver exceptional service during guest arrivals and departures; process transactions in line with hotel policies; provide information and assistance to guests in a courteous manner.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service, ideally within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests, management, and team members.
  • Proficiency in computer applications is advantageous.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Familiarity with local attractions to assist guests.
