Job Overview

EPC Services Company, a prominent engineering consultancy in the power and utility sector, is seeking qualified Electrical Test Engineers and Senior Test Engineers. These roles are essential for our projects, focusing on the testing and maintenance of medium and high voltage systems.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Test Engineers include:

  • Conducting tests on medium and high voltage equipment.
  • Performing functional verification of control, protection, and alarm circuits.
  • Utilizing test equipment such as Doble and Fluke, and interpreting test results accurately.

Senior Test Engineers will also:

  • Set and test protective relays.
  • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of substation physical drawings and equipment wiring diagrams.
  • Explain substation protection philosophy, including feeder and bus protection strategies.
Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Mechanical Engineering (BSME), or Electrical Engineering Technology (BSEEET).
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience for Senior Test Engineer positions.
  • The ability to obtain NICET Level III certification.
  • A strong grasp of safe work practices and excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A working knowledge of test equipment and the capability to drive company vehicles.

Note: Candidates must not require sponsorship for employment visa status.
