Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project management teams to ensure adherence to all safety, accident prevention, and fire safety protocols.
  • Provide both technical and administrative guidance to on-site safety personnel.
  • Conduct thorough jobsite inspections and generate comprehensive reports using PowerPoint and Excel for submission to the Corporate Safety Director.
  • Evaluate all safety documentation and reports for precision and thoroughness.
  • Facilitate training sessions for employees utilizing company-sponsored safety and hazard awareness programs.
  • Maintain organized safety administrative files and records specific to each job site.
  • Oversee and enforce the company's drug testing policies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a full-time Safety Manager.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Preferred certifications include OSHA 500 (Documented) and CHST.
  • Documented training as a Competent Person in Scaffold and Excavation Safety.
  • Strong understanding of all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Physically capable of performing onsite jobsite inspections.
