Feedmill Maintenance Person

At Pilgrim's, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Feedmill Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Feedmill Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for the operation and upkeep of machines in the Maintenance Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on feedmill equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct repairs and troubleshooting on feedmill machinery to minimize downtime and maximize production.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in mechanics, welding, and electrical fields.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or technical certification preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Ability to comprehend simple instructions and apply common sense to solve problems.
  • Skills in mechanics, welding, and electrical fields preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
