Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Planning, designing, implementing, reporting, and maintaining IT Infrastructure Projects.
  • Providing technical leadership while managing hands-on project execution.

Essential Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management.
  • Experience in the IT sector, particularly in IT Support, Networking, or Server Management.
  • Proficiency in structured copper and fiber cabling infrastructure standards.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in CAD.
  • Ability to collaborate with facilities engineering experts to design and modify cabling environments that meet networking and telephony requirements.
  • Understanding of VoIP and network design principles.
  • Familiarity with Cisco switches and wireless access points.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Project and other Microsoft Office applications.

Educational Background

The candidate should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant IT field.
  • PMP and other IT-related certifications are preferred.
  • Cisco certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCSP are advantageous.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean.

Work Environment

This role requires:

  • Domestic and international travel.
  • Physical activity as part of the job.
  • Willingness to work overtime and outside of standard business hours when necessary.
  • Experience working in construction site environments.
