Job Title: Mental Health Therapist

At Evolve Life Center IOP, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our outpatient treatment program, you will provide professional clinical services to adults in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to clients with mental health and substance abuse issues.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Clinical Social Work, Mental Health Counseling).
  • Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
  • Experience working with adults in an outpatient setting, preferably with a focus on mental health and substance abuse.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and other relevant software.
