The ideal candidate will be able to assess patient needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide individual and group therapy sessions to promote effective communication and swallowing skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000 per year, based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week. This compensation package includes a tax-free stipend, making it an attractive opportunity for professionals looking to advance their careers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address patient needs
  • Provide therapy services to patients in need of speech, hearing, and language support
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to document patient progress

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in speech language pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current state licensure as a speech language pathologist (SLP) or actively pursuing licensure
  • CPR certification
  • Ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team environment
