Responsibilities
  • Load and Deliver Merchandise: Load company vehicles with merchandise and deliver to customer jobsites, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of materials.
  • Operate Company Vehicles: Safely operate company vehicles, including trucks and forklifts, to transport merchandise to customer jobsites.
  • Maintain Vehicle Inspections: Perform daily pre-trip inspections on all vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Record Delivery Information: Accurately record delivery information on sales invoices and relay messages from customers on jobsites.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
  • Adhere to Company Procedures: Follow all company procedures, including yard loading and delivery, and yard security procedures.
Requirements
  • Valid CDL License: Possess a valid Class A or B CDL license.
  • High School Diploma: Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Physical Strength: Possess physical strength to lift and carry 80-100 pounds.
  • Ability to Operate Equipment: Ability to operate a truck-mounted forklift and other equipment as needed.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
