We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer Project Lead to join our team. As a key member of our electrical engineering group, you will be responsible for leading complex electrical infrastructure projects from inception to completion.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with clients and project stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop scope statements
  • Manage project teams to deliver electrical infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with mechanical, plumbing, and architectural systems
  • Develop and implement project management plans, risk management strategies, and quality assurance processes
  • Analyze data and identify trends to inform project decisions and improve outcomes
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on project leadership and management
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license and ability to obtain US Government Secret Security Clearance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
