Enterprise IT Asset Management Professional

Riptide Technology, a leading provider of innovative technology solutions, is seeking an experienced Enterprise IT Asset Management Professional to support our government customer based in Springfield, VA.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement organizational IT asset management policy, procedures, and best practices across all stages of the hardware/software lifecycle.
- Coordinate with IT teams to establish and maintain hardware/software lifecycle sustainment and refresh plans.
- Aid in the development of a centralized IT asset catalog and an IT asset management repository to automate and maintain hardware/software requests and statuses throughout the asset lifecycle.
- Track hardware/software versions and licenses to maximize Enterprise consistency, ensure timely renewals for support agreements, and provide statuses for relevant end-of-support dates.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with asset-related service level agreements between CIO stakeholders, sites, and vendors.
- Liaison on behalf of IT teams to manage user/site asset requests and deployments while providing regular status updates to customers and escalations to senior leadership.
- Monitor asset inventory levels, establish reorder thresholds, and engage with the procurement team to replenish inventory.
- 4+ years of progressive experience managing hardware and software assets across a geographically dispersed IT Enterprise.
- Hands-on experience as an IT administrator or engineer responsible for installing and maintaining hardware devices and/or software licenses.
- Excellent written, verbal, communication, presentation, and reporting skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework, Project Management Framework, IT Governance, Software Development Lifecycle (CDLC), and/or IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited University.
- $100,000 - $125,000 annual salary.
- 6 weeks paid time off; immediately fully vested 401(k) plan, company contribution equal to 10% of salary.
