Barista - PT

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at Barnes & Noble. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and baked goods to our customers.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and make recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Work collaboratively with the café team to maintain a clean and organized environment, and ensure that all standards and procedures are followed.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge, and stay up-to-date with new products and promotions.

• Passion for coffee and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
