We are seeking a skilled Dental Care Specialist to join our team at Arrow Dental. As a General Dentist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive dental services to patients, including routine check-ups, fillings, and extractions.
- Prioritize patient needs and treatment planning while educating patients on their oral health.
- Manage patient records, personnel, and practice management, as well as maintain dental equipment.
- Participate in after-hours on-call responsibilities and perform other duties as assigned.
- Licensed Dentist within the State of Oregon.
- Nitrous endorsement.
- Strong patient management skills.
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Computer proficiency with dental practice management software.
- Ability to work with frequent interruptions in a fast-paced clinic environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and project a professional business image.
- General Practice Residency or equivalent experience working with complex patient care a plus.
- Spanish skills a plus.

$166,441.60 to $208,052.00 annually, depending on experience.
