ROLE OVERVIEW: This position demands strong analytical and technical skills, requiring prompt yet carefully considered outcomes to surpass customer expectations. You will be an advocate for exceptional customer service, assisting Premier Trailer Leasing in achieving its operational and financial goals. Accountability for performance and results will be essential, as you apply operational principles and manage work processes in a fast-paced setting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct inspections of trailers to ensure safety and compliance with Federal Highway Guidelines and industry regulations.
- Prepare customer rental agreements efficiently.
- Coordinate trailer maintenance with vendors, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage and reconcile daily equipment inventory, overseeing both outbound and inbound activities.
- Facilitate the transportation of equipment between branches and to clients and vendors.
- Verify that all customers possess the necessary insurance prior to trailer rental.
- Assist with the collection of Accounts Receivable.
- Handle daily administrative tasks, including paperwork and filing.
- Support customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate sincerely and effectively, building trust and rapport.
