Job Summary

We are seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for performing housekeeping and cleaning duties, including dusting and damp mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, and removing and disposing of trash.

Responsibilities
  • Housekeeping and Cleaning: Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties, including dusting and damp mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, and removing and disposing of trash.
  • Safety: Utilize protective gear in all appropriate functions and follow safety precautions when mixing and using cleaning solutions.
  • Customer Experience: Positively represent HCSG by following instructions, being courteous, and cooperative with supervisor, coworkers, and client staff.
  • Resident Experience: Positive, pleasant, and tactful interactions with residents, staff, and facility guests.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to follow oral and written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks daily, and utilize leadership skills to accomplish responsibilities without supervision.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
