The ideal candidate will have experience conducting assessments, treating chronic and urgent illnesses, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining accurate patient medical records.
This position offers competitive compensation, ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, based on performance, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient medical needs and develop comprehensive plans of care.
- Treat chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, accidents, and other health issues.
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed, ensuring timely and accurate results.
- Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to deliver interdisciplinary care and maintain up-to-date patient records.
- Active state Nurse Practitioners license.
- Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification.
- Active state DEA licensure.
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
- A minimum of five years of nursing experience, with at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred.
- Competitive salary range: $100,000 - $120,000 per year.
