Position Overview:
The Registered Dietitian Clinical Sales Liaison will work closely with medical facilities in the Tampa area and its surroundings. In this role, you will cultivate and sustain partnerships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, social workers, and discharge planners. Your primary responsibility will be to gather essential discharge information and collaborate with patients and clinical teams to facilitate seamless transitions from hospital to home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide education and training to patients and caregivers regarding our nutrition therapy services.
- Assess the method of administration based on physician directives, implementing necessary formulary adjustments and advancements in nutrition support.
- Identify areas for enhancement in patient care and engage in quality assurance initiatives as needed.
- Explore opportunities to strengthen business relationships within existing accounts.
- Maintain and expand core therapy admissions through effective customer engagement and service.
- Collaborate with the Territory Manager or Regional Vice President of Sales to present and negotiate therapy programs.
Qualifications:
- Registered Dietitian with an active, unrestricted license in Florida.
- Registered with the American Dietetic Association.
- At least one year of experience in clinical nutrition support.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with pediatric populations.
- Two years of experience in selling healthcare services.
- Background in home healthcare nutrition is highly desirable.
- Membership in SPEN and CNSC certification.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Food/Nutrition or Dietetics is required.
Compensation and Benefits:
The typical pay range for this role is between $54,000 and $113,934 annually. This range reflects the base salary for all positions within this job grade. Actual salary offers will vary based on factors such as experience, education, and location. In addition to competitive compensation, CVS Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, and various well-being programs.
