Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to provide high-quality care to our residents at Elma Home Care Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal care and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administer medication as directed by the resident's physician
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages
  • Maintain a clean and safe living environment
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in personal care or a related field
  • Ability to work a rotating shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid driver's license (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
