We are seeking a skilled Associate Photographer to join our team in West Palm Beach. This is a full-time position that requires the ability to travel to properties in and around the area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing efforts by capturing high-quality 3-D virtual tours and footprints.
  • Develop a portfolio of photographs that showcase homes and apartments in the most appealing way possible.
  • Collaborate with scheduling and dispatch teams to optimize appointments and meet client demands.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, sales teams, and management to prioritize tasks and initiatives.
  • Identify new inventory, missing availability, and commercial properties to be photographed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
  • Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

Requirements:

  • Professional photography experience or a degree in photography.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience, with field experience preferred.
  • Experience with Matterport is highly valued, but training will be provided for qualified candidates.
  • Ability to accurately capture and enter data.
  • Quick learning and application of new concepts, such as commercial real estate terminology, mapping, and GIS concepts.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and relevant apps.

Physical Requirements:

  • Repetitive sitting, standing, and walking for up to 8 hours per day.
  • Lifting, carrying, and maneuvering equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.
  • Repetitive hand and arm movements to type on a tablet or laptop and operate camera equipment.
  • Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying to perform job functions.
  • Ability to work and drive outside during all seasons.
  • Ability to work weekends on a rotating schedule.
