Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and conduct audits for various employee benefit plans, including 401(k), 403(b), pension, and health and welfare plans.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant IRS and DOL regulations.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
- Guide and develop audit staff in processes and management practices.
- Collaborate with senior management to promote practice development and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least 7 years of audit experience, particularly in employee benefit plans.
- CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Korean is advantageous.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Willingness to travel as necessary (up to 30%).
