Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely transport passengers from off-site parking to our casino site
  • Report any mechanical problems and additional deterioration of the vehicle
  • Maintain the vehicle in a state of general cleanliness
  • Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner
  • Acknowledge and respond to customers immediately
  • Seek coaching for improved performance
  • Support a fun and exciting environment
  • Be able to answer questions about casino facilities and services
  • Learn and greet customers by name
  • Pick up trash and keep the bus clean at all times
  • Provide fast, friendly service to customers
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Class B License with Passenger Endorsement
  • Must be able to pass all MODOT, US Department of Transportation, and St. Louis County Cab Commission requirements
  • Knowledge of defensive driving skills
  • Previous bus/van driving experience preferred
  • Possession of a safe driving record
  • Professional appearance
  • Team player
  • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations
  • Able to drive all types of passenger vehicles with automatic or manual transmissions in a safe and timely fashion
  • Read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Respond to visual and aural cues
  • Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations
