As an ALIS/MPE Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) operations by ensuring the integrity of data within our systems through diligent maintenance of internal databases and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact during customer interactions related to flight and evaluation activities while ensuring system functionality.
  • Engage daily with users and leadership to address system needs.
  • Oversee system, database, software, firewall, and account maintenance.
  • Facilitate the secure and efficient operation of multi-user computer systems through collaboration with peers and engineering teams.
  • Conduct laptop re-imaging, troubleshooting, and account management.
  • Regularly monitor systems and applications for performance and availability.
  • Provide training to ALIS Administrators and users as required.
  • Execute COMSEC CRO duties and ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
  • Assist pilots in Mission Planning and Debriefing, identifying and resolving system issues.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Must possess a Secret security clearance or higher, with an investigation completed within the last six years.
  • Ability to obtain DoD IAT Level II certification (Security+, CySA+, or CCNA) within 60 days of hire.
  • Experience in IT across system, database, network, or mission planning administration.
  • Prior experience in Database Administration is preferred.
  • Familiarity with COTS and developed software such as Oracle, SQL, and/or Siebel.
  • Willingness to work at deployed locations, support rotating shifts, and exceed 40 hours per week as mission demands dictate.
  • Capability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.
  • For Expats: A valid passport is required.

Desired Skills:
  • Proficient in troubleshooting applications.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Oracle, and CRM account maintenance.
  • Ability to manage large Oracle and SQL Server databases, executing and troubleshooting SQL scripts.
  • Experience with Oracle Recovery Manager (RMAN) for database backup and recovery.
  • Familiarity with Virtual Machine Management Services (Hyper-V / VMware).
  • Experience in maintaining and upgrading system hardware.
  • Knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux System Administration.
  • Understanding of military flight operations and planning processes.

Work Environment: This role requires onsite presence at a designated Lockheed Martin facility, with a non-standard 40-hour work week as assigned by leadership.
