Role Overview:

The Senior Supply Chain Manager is a pivotal role in enhancing the supply chain efficiency for PsiQuantum as we transition from research and development to the production phase of our groundbreaking quantum computer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate essential contract terms including delivery schedules and pricing with key technology suppliers.
  • Oversee and manage supplier relationships and performance for large-scale engineering and capital projects.
  • Develop and expand a global supply base for cryogenic vacuum chambers and associated electro-optical components.
  • Refine supplier selection and onboarding processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to meet organizational goals regarding cost, schedule, and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant business or technical discipline; an MBE or ME is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in managing trade-offs for technical supplier selections.
  • Successful history of scaling small or developing supply chains.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and management.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • A minimum of 7 years in a Supply Chain Manager or equivalent position.
  • Familiarity with ERP (NetSuite) and PLM (Arena) or similar systems.

The expected base salary range for this position is between $140,000 and $182,000 USD, with actual compensation depending on various factors including qualifications, experience, and business needs.
