Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at PM Hotel Group. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage the front desk area, ensuring a high level of organization and efficiency in all aspects of the job.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs, handling cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Utilize property management systems and other tools to efficiently handle the technical side of the job.
• Stay up-to-date on local events, attractions, and services, providing recommendations and information to guests as needed.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, communicating clearly and professionally with guests and team members.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Three to six months of related experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a positive and professional attitude.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
