Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily maintenance tasks on oil fryers, including cleaning and filtering.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
- Logistics and Supply Chain: Unload delivery trucks twice a week and ensure that all stock is properly stored.
- Waste Management: Take out and empty the trash compactor regularly.
- Facilities Maintenance: Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and the roof of debris.
