Job Title: Lead Behavior Technician

ICM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Lead Behavior Technician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality behavioral services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and oversee the implementation of treatment plans, ensuring that they are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide guidance and support to Line Therapists, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver effective behavioral services.
  • Monitor and review data collected by Line Therapists, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, parents, and guardians, providing regular updates on progress and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with the Interventionist to ensure that client goals are being met and that programs are being generalized across multiple settings.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of evidence-based therapies, including ABA, Discrete Trial, Pivotal Response Training, and Natural Environment Training.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve the quality of services provided.
Daily Requirements:
  • Observe the implementation of goals facilitated by Line Therapists, ensuring that they follow the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP).
  • Provide guidance and support to Line Therapists as needed, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver effective behavioral services.
  • Review data collected by Line Therapists and parents/guardians, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Communicate with parents/guardians, responding to concerns and providing regular updates on progress.
  • Provide the Interventionist with mastered goals, graphs, or other data to be updated.
  • Model new objectives and techniques as necessary, ensuring that Line Therapists have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver effective behavioral services.
  • Monitor programs to ensure that generalization of skills and maintenance goals are being worked on in multiple settings.
