About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program and Project Management Specialist to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining organizational programs in support of corporate strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain program strategy to ensure alignment with corporate objectives
  • Work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting
  • Implement tactical planning using resources such as MS Project and regular interactions with SMEs, schedulers, customers, and project analysts
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure program goals are met and quality standards are maintained
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in program analysis or management field
  • Experience developing white papers, business case analysis papers, and presentations in support of management operations and management objectives
  • Experience providing management expertise and oversight
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to display adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) programs and projects
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, including functions, formulas, pivot tables, XLOOKUP, data analysis, visualization, and modeling
  • Experience supporting cost and financial estimation
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data
  • Possession of effective time management and organizational skills
  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possession of strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Possession of strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Bachelor's degree
