We are seeking a skilled Inspector Packer to join our team at Jabil. As an Inspector Packer, you will be responsible for manually inspecting completed plastics parts and packing them into boxes for shipping. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Inspect plastics parts for visual attributes, such as discoloration, shorts, burns, contamination, and splay.
• Record data and document any issues or concerns.
• Pack plastics parts into boxes, weighing and labeling them accurately.
• Transport packed boxes to the shipping area and stack them correctly on pallets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping floors and cleaning up spills.
• Sort and rework non-conforming products, documenting and labeling them accordingly.
• Foster teamwork and develop good working relationships with all departments.
• Complete all required training and conduct job functions in a safe manner.

• Average or better math skills.
• Ability to spend long hours walking and standing.
• Good color perception and manual dexterity.
• Ability to safely lift up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to work well with others at all levels.
• Able to work in an orderly, logical manner while paying attention to each detail of responsibility.
• Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products, and SAP.
