Job Overview

SCI Construction, Ltd. is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our senior living projects and general commercial construction initiatives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in commercial construction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to read and understand blueprints. A high school education or GED is required, and proficiency in OSHA safety procedures is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion and cost-effectiveness

Required Skills and Qualifications
