Kaiser Permanente ICU Nurse Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Kaiser Permanente. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and plan patient care, including developing individualized nursing plans and coordinating with other departments and agencies.
  • Implement and evaluate nursing care, including initiating appropriate measures based on protocol for the management of medical and surgical patients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and discharge planning.
  • Document patient care and progress accurately and thoroughly.
Requirements:
  • Three (3) years of recent ICU critical care experience with demonstrated expertise.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided).
  • Computer keyboarding skills.
  • Previous health care experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
  • Five (5) years of recent ICU nursing experience preferred.
