Expert Gastroenterologist in Advanced Endoscopy

We are currently seeking a qualified specialist in Advanced Endoscopy Gastroenterology to join our esteemed team.

In partnership with the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of the Mid-Atlantic States, we ensure high-quality, patient-centered medical care. Our physicians benefit from an innovative healthcare delivery model, equipped with advanced technological resources and comprehensive practice support.
What You Will Experience:
- Demonstrate expertise in ERCP, EUS, enteral stenting, and EMR, with additional therapeutic endoscopy skills welcomed.
- Deliver outpatient consultative and endoscopy services through a collaborative internal referral system that promotes work-life balance.
- Perform routine endoscopy and colonoscopy procedures, and participate in Gastroenterology hospital call duties.
- Engage in a mix of virtual and in-person patient consultations.
- Utilize state-of-the-art endoscopy equipment.
- Share a balanced call schedule among all providers.
- Provide inpatient coverage at affiliated healthcare facilities.
- Collaborate with a skilled support team.
- Explore leadership opportunities within the medical group if desired.
- Utilize a physician-friendly electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Essential Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree.
- Board Certified or Eligible in Gastroenterology.
- Completion of an Advanced Endoscopy Fellowship.
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.
- Work visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

The starting annual salary for this position is $525,000, reflecting the applicant's skills, qualifications, and relevant experience. In addition to the salary, MAPMG provides a robust benefits package that significantly enhances the overall compensation.
