About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Guest Environment Expert to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a Guest Environment Expert, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
  • Restock linens, amenities, and supplies as needed
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
