The Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Minnesota. As a member of our care team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and contribute to our vision of creating a more equitable healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary care to adult patients in an outpatient setting
  • Manage chronic diseases and respond to patients' medical issues as needed
  • Order diagnostic tests and refer to specialists as necessary
  • Assess diagnostic test results and develop treatment plans
  • Discuss treatment options and medication with patients, advising on side effects and allergies
  • Advise patients on lifestyle and diet changes to improve outcomes
Requirements
  • Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in Minnesota
  • Board certification or eligibility
  • Experience working in a rural or underserved setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
