Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum three years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a patient care coordination role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
  • Experience with clinical software and systems.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position in a general office environment with frequent contact with patients and healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Physical Requirements

The successful candidate will be able to sit for long periods and use a computer with sound ergonomic principles. Flexibility in work schedule is required.
