Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum three years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a patient care coordination role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems.

Working Conditions
