Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with daily living skills, including cooking meals, administering medication, and housekeeping. You will also assist individuals with partial or full assistance for personal care.

Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with daily living skills, including cooking meals, administering medication, and housekeeping.
  • Assist individuals with partial or full assistance for personal care.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, and community resources.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized support plans.
  • Provide transportation and accompany individuals to appointments and activities.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
  • Excellent communication, adaptability, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behavior.
