Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at one of our retail locations in Southern California. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and promoting our products to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet guests at the door, inform them of specials and promotions, and answer questions to provide a personalized shopping experience.
  • Sales Transactions: Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions, maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers, and process returns and exchanges.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain awareness of all product information, including merchandise promotions, test merchandise, and advertisements.
  • Store Operations: Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise, participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock, and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and practices.

  • Flexibility: Adapt to changing situations, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Time Management: Manage time efficiently to meet sales targets, complete tasks, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Basic Cash Handling Skills: Accurately handle cash, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old to comply with cannabis industry regulations.
