Qualifications:
Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Licenses/Certification:
Must hold a valid CNA certification in the state of employment.
Experience:
Preferred six months of experience in a long-term care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to resident needs by answering signal lights and bells.
- Assist residents with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
- Help residents with feeding and obtaining food trays.
- Support residents with mobility and range of motion exercises.
- Record vital signs and monitor food and fluid intake as directed.
