Job Description:
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Medical Assistant (MA) to join our team at Wayne Primary Care. As an LPN or MA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reports for scheduled shifts on time and maintains a professional demeanor.
- Collaborates with providers and leadership to enhance patient experience through daily patient care and administrative support.
- Contributes to completing patient chief complaints and documenting patient/family needs under the direction of a provider.
- Performs phlebotomy procedures as required.
- Ensures a safe patient environment by adhering to clinical protocols and reporting potential equipment malfunctions or safety hazards.
Requirements:
- Graduation from a recognized LPN or MA program at an accredited institution.
- At least 1 year of experience in direct patient care, family practice preferred.
- Strong medical terminology skills.
- Previous phlebotomy experience beneficial.
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary range for this position is $50,000-$65,000, dependent on qualifications and experience.
