Pediatric Intensivist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Physician to provide high-quality patient care in an inpatient and outpatient setting at the IHS Hospital in Shiprock, NM.

The Northern Navajo Medical Center serves the Navajo tribe, offering full outpatient clinic services and hospital care. As a Pediatric Physician, you will be responsible for providing patient care in various units, including the Pediatric outpatient clinic, inpatient unit, Labor and Delivery, Nursery, and Emergency Department.

• Provide patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 patient coverage
• Meet the requirements for licensure, certification, and vaccinations

• Active and unrestricted state or Federal license
• Active and unrestricted DEA
• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ATLS Certifications
• Current vaccinations and immunizations
• 3 Letters of Reference from supervisors and peers
